Name: Roja Merdiwian Gold
Species: Vampire in nature
Abilities: Vampiric abilities of course alter from vampire to vampire, some mark that off as different types of lines, different mutations of the race throughout the years, Roja has you own form of abilities from being a vampire, as to be expected. Grace and speed seem to be her main factors however, the two that stand out from human limitation, as she often forgets to check her use of either, both can be written off as belittling for a vampire, but she puts them to good use. Strength, while often linked to those of vampiric natures, isn't a gift of her's, while she is stronger than her small frame should suggest, it's nothing astonishing at all. Her healing tends to be sluggish, for a vampire, meaning that against a human, or several other supernatural creatures it's still a very useful feat, but given her habit of not eating it only makes sense that she doesn't heal as she should for a vampire.
There are other abilities she possesses, which is the key to why she was turned into a vampire at all, it seems she had the natural ability to play with time, and it's not rare for her to skip through seconds or years, only to loop back for amusement’s sake. There are negatives to this, in a steep way, often she gets written off as physic, which isn't technically true, Roja sees flashes of possible futures, constantly more often than not. The past is easier to focus on, as it's already set, but that just as well can be a down fall for her, when she sits under a tree and gets swept up in visions of past events of things that happened in that very spot.
Age: Physically Roja was turned at the age of twenty-two, and thus she remains looking such, from count she is currently 2,331 years old, going by linear years, not counting her loops through time.
Looks: Upon first glance even Roja stands out, and it's sometimes a question if she can even blend in as human, the years as a vampire have paled out a naturally pale complexion, some often refer to her as 'paler than a ghost with a tan', and they might not be far off in description. It's honestly her hair that grabs attention first, the color being a crimson that is rarely seen, but is natural in color, is the key factor, that least warrants people to see that her hair trails to the ground. It's not a surprise that her hair is often in messy waves, sometimes with small braids scattered throughout, done in her boredom. When she was human her eye color was a dark gray, almost black, but that color is rarely seen anymore, the vampiric red is what stays with her now, a sign of how often she starves herself, here are times her vision clouds white, in the worst of her visions. Small features are equaled by her small frame and height, she's petite at five foot two, flat footed, with small bone structure she's almost doll like, almost.
Her closet tends to have her dressed in various assortments of outfits, from jeans and tank tops, to summer dresses, to leather corsets and skirts, to baggy tee shirts and shorts, it's hard to ping exactly if she has a style, or just buys random things.
Personality: Manners go a long ways with Roja, amusingly that's something left over from her human life, so she's polite, though sometimes, depending on her sanity at the moment, her sense of what's polite can be twisted. Over all though she is very kind to anyone she meets at the start, and from there will alter her reactions to best suit, though it is impossible to hide that she is not mentally stable, by a long shot. Sometimes she will be completely in the moment, keeping up with a single topic, then start talking about how the dolphins are having a horrible time catching lamps because the wattage is giving them a tan and humming linkin park songs to distract them, isn't that rude? In blunt, she'll ramble about things that make no sense, and that's often when people write her off, only for her to spit out something about them, which tends to not earn her very many friends.
It's not rare to find her spacing out somewhere, eyes glazed over, literally so, her eyes will go to a cloudy white, and Roja has to almost fight to free herself from visions. The fact she constantly hears things, voices, overlapping of visions in sound with no visual input, explains the fact she seems to always be listening to something, will sometimes cringe with no clear reason, or try to hush the noise in her head. Sometimes she calls the voices 'stars' that are talking to her, like she's in a way trying to rationalize it in her craziness.
In her stable times Roja is very clear minded, uses her knowledge to her best advantage, over the years she's collected knowledge and information, hordes it really, which makes her often book intelligent, and still learning the ways of streetwise. Very emotional, which is something that carries worse in her unstable moments, but even sane she doesn't hide what she's feeling, doesn't see a reason to, but still tends to cling to a sense of no matter what something will go wrong. Working seems the faster way to calm her, and the best way to keep her in stable mind frame, when she took the idea of being a doctor she threw herself in the study full heartily, and honestly loves the work.
History: Roja was in a normal family, and she was normal till the age of thirteen, at which point according to anyone else she went completely and utterly insane. She would spout of stuff that made no sense, randomly talk to thin air, break into song at odd times, run of the mill craziness. What wasn't simply craziness was she would know things about people, events even, before anyone told her anything or before something happened, if someone could get the information from the rest of her nonsense ramblings. Knowing all of this was most likely what drove her loony, as she swore to constantly see things, visions maybe, and hear whispers or shouts, even singing of voices to tell her things all the time, and she couldn't block any of it out.
Her knowing things she shouldn't have was what drew a vampire to her, and he turned her hoping it would stabilize her some, and it did to a degree, almost made her violent blood thirsty woman that wanted nothing more than to kill anyone she felt like killing. It was then she leaned, rather by accident in her saneness, that she could open, or rather rip open, these portals to different times, past and future, though only going to the location she put the portal in. It was guessed maybe because that ability was why she knew things, saw things in different times.
The problem with her sanity, past her love for violence, not that she consider that a problem, was she knew everything before it happened, if not in exact detail than she knew the difference possibilities of outcomes. It made life boring in a way, to simply know things, it made her colder.
It was truthfully due to traveling that made her go too long without blood once that changed things, she started to lose her hold on controlling the visions and whispers in her mind, lost ahold of her sanity. But with it she didn't know everything, didn't know every outcome, so it then she decided she would mostly starve herself. Thus turning her into the woman she is today, trying to make up for her violent times she studied to become a doctor, often having to change schools due to her insanity problem, but managed it.
How she came to be here was random wandering in truth, it was a place she had heard about and really there was no where else to go.
