Physical Description: Rohesia is the athletic type, constantly in motion and her body reflects it well. She's thin but healthy and not all that tall. Normally her frowning expression is partially hidden by the long bangs falling down the left side of her face when she's off the job, but lately that's becoming less often. Her hair is a reddish brown, cut short with a simple flat style, and almost match the color of her eyes; though they hold a browner tone.
Clothing/Accessories: Her casual wear doesn't vary much, a dark red v-neck t-shirt with black or dark blue jeans held by a wide cherry colored belt and black boots is her usual. Around her neck is a long stringed necklace with a single charm hanging on it that she received from her sister when they were young. Matching light metal link bracelets are wrapped along both her wrists, only one with a single matching symbol to her necklace.
When necessary Rose wears a smoky grey short coat with full length arms and usually has only the middle few buttons actually buttoned. In this coat she keeps a thin turquoise silk scarf as a memento.
Personality: Anyone that spends even a little bit of time with her will quickly pick up how withdrawn she is. It isn't that she doesn't speak but that Rose doesn't really talk about her family or much about her history. Not even her coworkers know much about her; only those that can see her files.
Besides that she can be very friendly, lighthearted, and rather confident in herself. Perhaps too confident at times. It isn't uncommon for her to not realize the state of others when involved with something whether it be a hobby, game, or related to her job. A bad mix with this is her readiness to act, sometimes too quick. Not to say she's naive or bad at her profession just at times she can become a bit obsessed and the longer she's focused the more reckless and angry she gets. Despite these flaws one of her biggest qualities is her loyalty and obedience. While she enjoys freedom Rohesia values her time keeping other people safe; normal people safe.
More on the personal side, though she may act otherwise to most of her coworkers it doesn't take much time for people to realize her fascination with expensive trinkets. Ultimately she loves shiny things; expensive, exotic, shiny things. And at times just random exotic junk that looks interesting.

History: Rose was the wild one of her family. She never settled, or even bothered to think of such a thing as she moved her life toward adventure and travel. She loved visiting places and had no issue with collecting money herself to go and do so as her parents couldn't possibly afford it all. Her parents thought it to be great opportunities for her but eventually became exhausted by her constant erratic schedule as there were many instances where she spontaneously changed her plans at the last minute.
At 19 they finally felt safe enough to tell her that if she wanted to continue this style of life she would have to find her own home. Her sister, Cecily, was the more rational of the two and she went along with the average life though the sisters remained very close to each other. While growing up Cecily loved hearing the fantasy stories Rohesia invented before she was able to travel, and then after that loved hearing about the places her older sister visited. But Cecily grew up while Rose stayed in her treasure hunting fantasy world.
A few times Cecily found herself taking her broken and worn out sister into her home for a few weeks after the younger sister was married and shared a loving home. Cecily's husband wasn't too fond of Rohesia, and soon Cecily started to think similarly when Rose lost her apartment. Rose hardly helped around the house when she was staying, usually spending her time telling stories to their son, and then she would leave spontaneously. The only consolation that kept Cecily from restricting her sister's visits was at least she wasn't doing drugs.
Eventually Rohesia disappeared for a couple years. The only thing that made Cecily know her sister was still alive was the random items she was sent. Of course, none of these items were of any great value to Cecily and the more she got the more she started to grow angry with her sister. When Cecily died of a mysterious and unexplainable cause, Rohesia came back as soon as she could and happened to catch the day that everyone else was there to pay their respects. Cecily's husband let Rose know how welcome she was with the family and warned her to never show her face around there ever again. Disheartened and angry, Rohesia dropped the dark ice roses she had brought for her sister and left.
Rose changed her appearance as much as she could. She cut her soft long hair, though saved her bangs, and adorned a new wardrobe. At 28 she became part of the peace force to protect the city bordering the coast near Meropis. Her sister's death drove her toward understanding, knowing that something hadn't been right. Shortly before she'd successfully been accepted was the day the abnormals were exposed and Rose took it as a firm sign that she had chosen the right path three years ago.
